For custom orders or orders with printed graphics: cancellations or changes are only accepted before artwork approval. Once proofs have been approved, we move into production and we will be unable to change or cancel your order. For stocked items: changes or cancellations are accepted until the items have shipped. Cancelled orders on stocked items that have already shipped will follow our return policy. Changes to the order include but are not limited to modifications to the shipping address, in-hand date, product selection, etc. Please note, up to 3% in credit card fees may be non-refundable for orders where payment has already been captured. Any applicable service charges (such as graphic design) are ineligible for cancellation. All outstanding balances must be settled in full before shipment can occur.
