Where are you located?

Our main office is located about 20 minutes west of Milwaukee, Wisconsin at 1701 Pearl Street, Waukesha, WI 53186. We also have a 100,000 square foot manufacturing facility and warehouse located in central Wisconsin at 2110 West Street, Wausau, WI 54401.

How long have you been in business?

Total Trade Show is owned and operated by 14 West LLC, a leader in branded displays and promotional merchandise. 14 West was founded in 2005.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • Shop Pay
  • Apple Pay
  • PayPal

    Shipping FAQ

    What are your shipping costs?

    Our shipping costs vary by product. You will see shipping costs at checkout or you can always reach out to us for a quote. We'll just need the items in your orders and your shipping address.

    Unless stated otherwise, we ship via UPS Ground. If you would like to request expedited shipping, give us a call at 1-888-993-6088 or shoot us an email at support@totaltradeshow.com and we can get you a quote.

    Do you offer expedited shipping?

    If your trade show is less than two or three weeks out, we recommend giving us a call to see if we can rush your order.

    Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO Addresses?

    At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes as well as APO addresses. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Do you accept international orders?

    At this time, we are unable to process international orders. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?

    At this time, we are unable to process orders outside of the continental U.S. We apologize for the inconvenience.

     

    Artwork FAQ

    What artwork file types do you accept?

    Provided artwork must be created using our easy-to-use product templates and meet resolution and format specifications. See more details on our graphic templates located on our product pages or our Submit Artwork page.

    Can I get help with design work?

    Give us a call or shoot us an email for more information.

    When do I send my artwork?

    Send your artwork to us after you place your order. For more information, see our Order Process page.

    How do I place an order?

    You can place an order on our website by adding your products to your cart and checking out. Alternatively, you can give us a call during business hours and we can assist.

    Do you offer quantity pricing?

    Yes, we offer quantity discounts. Please contact us for more information.
