Products with printed graphics and custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange due to their custom nature. Clearance items and discontinued products are also not eligible for return. All other items may be returned if in new, unused condition, in original packaging, within 30 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and all items returned will incur a 15% restocking fee. Any applicable shipping and services charges (such as graphic design) will not be refunded.
